How do i get all my fixtures to fade from bright to off all at the same time instead of black out…

You need to create a scene with that fade built in and then use it in Live as an alternative to your blackout button. Or utilise the Live fade out function for your blackout button. But you will have to go into Live's settings to configure the default decay/fade time you wish to use.
