Chances are your profile for the fixtures need to be tweaked so their behaviour reflects correctly in 3D.

I figured that's probably what it is. I used the preset for my fixture that is built into the software. But Id like the Pros to take a look.

The pros are the ones that made your profile from the instructions on the fixture.
If you want it really accurate, you need to modify the profile to your specifications.

Hmm. But if I modify to work on 3d view won't it now not work properly on my live show?

You gotta play around with all the features in customising profiles to understand hiw all the features work in 3D.
Your fixtures in the real world will only do whatever the are supposed yo do with what ever DMX values you give them.
Making them work on 3D is just a reflection of what they do in real life.

Kind of piggybacking on this topic a little since the whole reason that I want the 3D to work as actual is because I am adding more lights to my setup and don't want to HAVE to set them up in order to generate scenes.

So I have 2 Blizzard pucks that were working fine in my generated scene. I added 2 more pucks with individual addresses. I had some fade scenes set up already so I just added the additional 2 pucks to the scenes ensuring that all steps match. I open up 3d expecting the additional 2 pucks to do the same thing as the exisiting pucks, yet they don't. Not sure why. I used the same profiles, and groups during the scene so they are all set exactly the same, yet aren't matching.

I don't have a ton of time to play around unfortunately, but want to have a plan of action when trouble shooting. One of my actual pucks is with Blizzard due to a warranty thing, but short of setting up all the lights not sure why this is.

Not easy to see the problem with this "big" lightshow.

Please make a copy of your lightshow, and keep only two or three scenes in it, just to be able to see the problem.
And re-post this "easier" lightshow.
