I had this issue. Chauvet support recommended updating Windows. I updated Windows to current (including the Fall Creator Update) and it appears to have resolved my issue.

I have an Xpress-512Plus and a Xpress-512 to provide me 1024 (2 Universes) of ArtNet. I have a DMX-AN ArtNet to DMX converter (2 Universes) I'm trying to use to give me a total of 4 universes. On the DMX-AN I can tell it which universes each port should use but it doesn't seem to be picking up ...
