About Fixture profiles [done]

Hello, I just recently bought a showxpress 512s and I am unable to use it with my current lights because the profile I asked for a few weeks back has been created, but not added to the software. How often is the v9 version updated with new profiles? I payed $220 on your dongle and I can’t even use it with my lights because there isn’t a profile available even though I was sent a reply saying that it had been made. I have waited 2 and a half weeks to see if the software would be updated with the profile I asked for but it’s still not there. I’m kind of disappointed because I would really like to USE my showxpress dongle with my lights. Thanks for your time,

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in the following topic to request and download the latest fixture profiles:
https://forum.thelightingcontroller.com ... f=3&t=2453
and we will make the profile for you as soon as possible.

Once downloaded, you can import the profile directly into your lightshow and start using your fixture without waiting for the next software release.
New profiles are first made available on our server, and are then included in a future full software update.
