The Lighting Controller

I'd like to have several "Spot Color" buttons and several "Spot Position" buttons. When I trigger a spot color button, I want all the spots change to that color (without changing position), and when I trigger a spot position I want all the spots to change position (without changing color.)

Is this possible?
