Grey Screen ShowXpress 3D view

Hi, i'm having problem viewing my shows on the Chauvet ShowXpress 3d View. Everything is still default and no fixtures are present but I only get the following window. I get the same grey window even after i imported fixtures and assigned dmx. My computer is an IBM T61 running on Windows 7 x64

We suggest you:
- to check on another computer
- if no problem with the other computer, download and to install the latest drivers of the computer video card
- if same problem with the second computer, there should be something wrong in your lightshow. So try with a new lightshow to be sure of that.
