Hello
I added two chauvet colordash accent fixtures, used the available chauvet profile.
The fixtures physically appear in my 3D viewer, but they don't respond to commands. The real lights do.

Please advise how I get the 3D viewer to show the action of the light. Thank you

Which COLORdash Accent are you using?

1) COLORdash Accent RGBW
2) COLORdash Accent VW
3) COLORdash Accent UV

Also, if you are using the RGBW, which mode are you using it in?

Modes:
1) ARC 1
2) ARC 2
3) STAGE 1

I checked the profile here and confirm your problem. There is an easy solution. Please follow these steps:

1) Open SETUP
2) Import COLORdash Accent profile
3) Change channel 7 from "shutter_dimmer" to "shutter"
4) Save the profile

It will now work in 3D view. (Please also check out the attached picture for more details.)
