Since the update, when I use my keyboard shortcuts they don't always work. Many times I'll select a key and nothing happens. Anyone else seeing this?

Any thoughts? Saw a Facebook post with this same issue?

Please post a download link of your lightshow, specify your OS, and if possible tell us how to reproduce the problem.

Can you please confirm also that the cursor is not in an "entry box" (location where you have to type some text, like "Manual BPM"), when the problem happen ?

I am also seeing that the control + space is not working to manually set the BPM via the keyboard. Is that a similar issue that the BPM area is active so the keyboard shortcut isn't working? Are there any fixes for this? (Please note, I'm using a MAC OS10.11.6)

We just double-checked.
'Control + space' works here under MacOS.

Please check the setting of the control key of your system.

The control key is set to control as it should be. When I hit control + space the mac makes a noise as if it is an invalid entry.

Any other suggestions as to why it's not working? Again, I am on IS 10.11.6, I don't think it should make a difference but are you testing on sierra?

FYI, we checked with another Macbook, and it was opening the "Spotlight search" menu. So we had to disable the option "Show Spotlight search" in the menu "System Preferences" (https://www.howtoisolve.com/wp-content/ ... arch-3.jpg) (there was "^Space" as shortcut). Afterwards, it was working as expected.

I have disabled the shortcut as suggested, however still no luck.
