Will this be removed in the future?
There is (obsolete) written next to it in the menu and i want to keep using this function in the future.

Yes, obsolete because does not support the "fixtures based" concept.
We keep it only for compatibility with lightshows made with V7.

Hard midi and DMX patch, will it disappear?
