Is it possible to choose where my lightshow folder gets installed too? I would like to move it so all my data saves to google drive folder, is this possible?

Click on the "External lightshow" button in the "Open lightshow" window, to work with lightshow stored outside of the standard lightshow folder.

That's how I do it now but is there a way to just make it so it installs by default to a different folder?

The new lightshow creates the lightshow always in the default folder.
You have to manually move the lightshow folder.
