The Lighting Controller

I was using v8.1 on MacOS X El Capiton 10.11.6 to run a lightshow with about 40 Scenes by Timeline. Meanwhile on the same macbook QLab was running video ques. The lighting controller software suddenly crashed, needed to be reopened for a couple times before the show when I haven't even started playing the timeline, and one time during the 45 min show.
I ran the same showfile with exact same setup weeks ago and it didn't have any issue like completely crashing. This is a really big problem. Could anyone tell me how to prevent this?

Please send us your Lightshow and explain how to reproduce the "crash" you are talking about :

If you do not know how to reproduce, please answer the following questions :
- What happened when the software "crashed" ? (Freeze ? Error message from the OS ? What message ?)
- What where you doing on the software when it "crashed" ? If nothing, what was the software doing when it happened ? What was playing ?
- How did you solve the problem ? (Restart the software ? Restart the interface ? Restart the computer ? ...)

We are not able to reproduce that crash, with your lightshow.
Can you please tell us some advices to have a chance to see it ?

In the meanwhile, please update the software with the latest version (8.1.15 + Fix file 8.1.20) and let us know if you still have problems :

Problem fixed (we hope) in the next fix file (8.1.21).
