The Lighting Controller

I noticed the "software" option has been fixed. Does this mean if "software" is selected: My DMX controller will control the channel(s) as long as Live or Editor isn't sending it/them a value (disabled)?

The answer is "yes" for Live only.
Editor always overrides Live and the dmx input.
