LIVE Button Behavior [fixed]

Support,
I know you fixed the mouse, "Button Up Event" but I have one more question that wasn't addressed:
2. I could see if I had the correct Scene selected and if not I could move my mouse off the board area, release mouse button and nothing would happen.
In the current version of 6.24 if I move off LIVE the button I clicked and release it still activates the button on the up-click.
So I am wondering which you think is the best way for it to function. And if you think that the way it has worked in 5.XX series of the program was the best way, the way I am asking for it to work, would you put it on your TODO list?

Understood.
Not sure to be able to do this, in our multi-OS software.
We put in the TODO list (but not sure to be able to do it).

Support,
OK, thanks. I see what the difficulty would be with multi-OS software.
It was just a function I'd use especially when I was holding (mouse clicked on) a cue and the performers would call an "audible" and change the set list on me. Or as a way to fix an error if I clicked on the wrong cue. Either situation I could mouse-off the button, release and stay on whatever scene was currently active.
So if you can do it, super. If not, I'll work around it.
