Unable to assign MIDI to master faders [fixed]

Hello -
I am using v7.1.12 on the Mac (Yosemite).
I am able to assign MIDI commands to buttons in Live as normal, but the "Learn" command does NOT function in Settings for any Master Faders (or anything else on the Settings panel, for that matter -- Pause, Freeze, etc).
Can you verify this bug? Thanks!

Yes, this is a known bug of v7.1.12.

I have recently downloaded the new Version 7.1.23. The Midi shortcuts Pause and Freeze seem to work but none of the other shortcuts are working, ex. Master Fader 1-4 and BPM/Drum. Is anyone else having this problem? Perhaps I am not applying these shortcuts to the right kind of scene. Could someone shed light on this?
