Intimidator Spot Duo

I'm not able to view both heads in the 3D view. It shows as a fixture with a single moving head, which would be okay in 10 channel mode, but in 20 channel mode both heads are controlled independently of each other.

You have to declare two fixtures at two different dmx addresses, and the commun channels could work only with one head.

That doesn't give me the ability to see each of the heads working in the software, though. I thought about making them 2 different fixtures, but the controls for one head use every other channel. So I could add 2 lights in the 3D view, but not control them as 2 lights, so it would be pointless. Is it possible we'll see a proper 3D profile for them?

@ScaryGary
What I have done to have a perfect 3-D view is to use the actual profile and set it to not being seen in 3D.
I then create how ever many profiles of each light with how many channels each light uses with high dmx values.
I then do a dmx output patch sending each channel to itself (to handle actual fixture) and to corresponding dmx addresses of the 3D fixture. An example would be Chauvet 4 Bar Flex setup as :-
Dmx 1-15 Mode,Dimmer,Strobe,R1,G1,B1,R2,G2,B2,R3,G3,B3,R4,G4,B4
3D Led1 Dmx 301-306 Mode,Dimmer,Strobe,Red,Green,Blue and Led2 Dmx 307-312, Led3 Dmx 313-318, Led4 319-324
My Dmx Output patch would be, 1 to 1+301+307+313+319 : 2 to 2+302+308+314+320 and so on
Hope this helps
John
