Timelines

Hi - I am going through each of the features I use in great detail.

Comments on Timeline.
Firstly, as noted by other users, the colour interface is difficult to read, as in Buttons.
Could a "Skins" type options be included where a user could select "Classic Ver 6 Colours", "New Ver 7 Colours", etc.... etc....

Selection of media timeline - could this be split to "Audio = on/off" and "Video = on/off" as there are many times we do not use both.
As in buttons, could we have an option for "font size".

The audio timeline bar would be great if it could show the wave pattern. This has been suggested numerous times.
The Options in "Move To" should also include "TimeStamp".

Overall it would suit me if each timeline bar could be sized individually.
I have not encountered any problems as yet.

John

I completely agree with all your suggestions! :)
The "Skin" option would be good, because everyone can decide about how he want´s the buttons to look like (The problem the support team had before).

A pity, because I think some users would have liked a "bling" look.
Is there no way that we could select and configure our own colour schemes?
(even if pre-defined option).

Yes, especially the new visitors who might buy the product.
Anyway, you are the pro users and your remarks make sence, so we have to respect your requirements.

No, it is definitly not easy to have different skins.

Just busy programming a new light show and doing it on V7Alpha.
A request would be that when you click on a scene that is in the timeline, can it show the time position without holding the mouse down.
Also, when I select multiple scenes over a few lines, and request to move it to a specific time, it does not do a true change, but moves the ones that did not coincide with the times proportionally.
Thanks
John

Noted.

We do not understand. So far, it already moves proportionnally !

In the 2nd option, if I select 4 light scenes and request them to be moved to a specific point, I would expect that they all move to that specific point. I can understand that they are moving proportionally at the moment, which is great in certain instances, but there are also times when not.
This now appears to be a request in the "Move To" options we should have the options of "Green marker", "Red Marker", "Yellow Marker", "Specific Time", "Time Adjustment".
Hope this now makes sense.
