The Lighting Controller

We've upgraded our systems to OSX Mavericks on our Macs and the software works fine except the ShowXpress 512 controller keeps losing connection therefore losing dmx control and the lights shut-off for a couple seconds and then it comes back on. Is there a new update to fix this?
