The Lighting Controller

I bought a new computer with windows 7 64 bit. I can open showxpress fine when d512 is unplugged. But when i plug it in to the computer i get "There is one not compatible interface please remove it" . I have tried uninstalling showxpress and reinstalling i also tried installing the driver and still no luck. The D512 works fine in my old computer so i don't think it's the d512.
