Where is Live_mobile?

I have Live_mobile installed on my iPhone and it was working great for a while, until its new update came out, now I cannot connect to my laptop, I have the IP address, password and the live port correct but still nothing happens, also, I have been trying to find it for my iPad but it doesn't seem to be in the App Store, it's not under iPad apps or iPhone apps.
