[MacOS] Audio Output Level Low in Timeline

When I play a timeline the audio file is output a low level. Itunes, VLC, quicktime all play the file at the appropriate level. I am using a modern mac laptop outputting the audio from the headphone output. I cant even get the level high enough with the gain control on my mixer. Is there a setting in showexpress for this or any fix?

You can adjust the sound level here:
- right click over the media file
- select "Properties"
- slider "Volume"

Thanks so much for the quick reply, however, the slider is at 100% and the output is still lower compared to quicktime, vlc, or itunes playback of the same file. Any suggestions?

Thanks for checking, I will adjust in my mixer for now. Thanks to you and your team, I really appreciate the showexpress product. I have reasonably mastered the showexpress software and am creating light shows superior to others that are using much more expensive hardware and software.
