A request and/or suggestion to support to allow users to "customise" the location of all files.
The main reason for this is that the "home directory" is sometimes an issue, especially if there are multiple user profiles on the machine. It will also allow for easy network configurations and linking audio editors to the same folders.

Noted, but not easy to do (might bring many new bugs).

I create folders within my home folders. And I also store my folders by the export function in backup locations like my phone/cloud/another computer.

Thanks, have tried all of this but it does not suit our requirements.
The laptop we use holds all the show files and I would prefer to have only one set of masters of each show on one computer.
Import/export is a sure way of overwriting important changes

I am a single user with my own computer and a spare machine as a backup. I keep all my files in the home files, then a thumb drive with the latest software and I store my files and latest software on my phone.
Sorry I don't have a good solution for you.

Thanks Ashley. I am just anti the user home directory that windows and other programs force you to use, as it is the most impractical path to locate files rather than just a main folder called "Shows".
