Irradiant SSDL-3201RGB

Good day,
I have sort of managed to create a profile for my Irradiant SSDL-3201RGB in Show Express but I am having two problems right now and would appreciate if you can help me with this:
How do I reverse the faders for instance my fader that controls the "red" is all the way to the top to project a red light while my "blue" fader is all the way down to project a blue light - how do I reverse this faders? (right clicking on the fader does not give me this option)
Secondly - My fixture is visible in 3D view however it does not respond at all in 3D view even though my 3D button is checked on, it only responds on the real light it self.
Is a profile fixture already created for this light for me to import it rather?
