Heys guys ive got showxpress with the interface xpress 512 and im running on mac. my problem is that when i go to the second tab under the live app, it will only play for not even a second. i press play repeatedly.. yet stops everytime.. help

Please confirm you are using current stable version (V6.29).
"Play/pause" button in TimeLine works also with the "space bar" key. Please check (with a notepad for instance) that this key is ok.

I am def using 6.29. i also know that pressing the space bar is another way to press play. not sure what is going on

Please tell us your OS version (Leopard, Lion).
We will double check with same OS version, in our office.

Snow Leopard

We use Snow Leopard on MacBook for all our demonstrations in tradeshows, and we never got this problem.

It would be very difficult for us to fix this problem, while we are not able to reproduce it.

its not a show that wont play its the live mode in general thats stops every second. maybe its just my mac.

Try this. For some reason, the program randomly set the duration of the timeline to 00:00.00 and that's no good. Click on the timeline menu item at the top of your screen, go the the properties sub item. A small window should pop up with a text box labeled timeline duration. This is where you type in how long you would like your timeline to be (obviously). It should fix it.
