Solo Play - Setting Default Clear Stage Time.

Using ShowXpress for church use and basically using a souped up version of the cross fade demo available on this site. Live in Solo mode with scenes with only one step on them. If click "Scene A" to load it and then click on "Scene B" it will use the fade time I have programmed to crossfade between "A" and "B" However, if I clicked on A again rather than using the fade time on A to clear the stage at that speed it immediately blacks out the stage. This could be a problem with User error that could very easily result in myself or one our techs accidentally blacking out the stage unintentionally. I would like to be able to set a default time greater than 0 for clearing the stage if a scene is accidentally triggered after it is already loaded. Is there any way to do this?
I already have a scene preset for clearing the stage with a preset fade time but that still doesn't prevent a double trigger from happening and leaving a black stage with no warning.

Is this a possibility?

We suggest you to leave always an extra button on, in another page, with some lights at 20% for instance.

That's a good suggestion, but still bothers me that if one of the techs I am going to be training double clicks or double types the keyboard shortcut I could have an instant blackout or instant change to a backup scene. Could this be a future development?

There will be always a risk to destroy the show (press the "close" button of the window, press the "reset" button of the computer, switch off the power, ...).
The real question is until what point shall we prevent the software againts any unexpected using mistake ?
The second question is how can the software know it is a mistake or not (sometimes the user really want to straight switch off the scene).
We presently think the extra button, in a hidden page, is a good enough protection, until some other users think it is not.

Technology will never be a 100% fool-proof fix for stupidity.

I understand cannot protect against stupidity, however the risk of clicking on the same button twice in a live environment is much higher than closing the program or turning off your computer. All standard boards I have ever used have had the ability to control how quickly hitting clear or unloading a scene will occur by default. This could be something as simple as taking the fade time from default.sce and having that be an option.

Thanks! This is awesome I just tested it in the new version 6.32 and will be using on my live pages at the very least as a safety valve. Loving the idea of setting a pre set in and out time separably too that someone suggested in the new version thread!
