The Lighting Controller

I have used ShowXpress for quite sometime now. But I cannot find out why the color strips stay white in the 3D View. When I add them to the 3D view they are automatically white. They arnt even turned on in the editor... This has been a pretty big annoyance. I hope you guys can help me.

Does your colorstrip have Rgb and à color channel?
If yes go to set up and change the color channel from color to color macro
This Should work.
