V9 - BPM / Beat / OS Mixer

Our software asks the Operating System for a connection to the output of the OS Audio Mixer.
No moving bargraph means no signal from the OS Audio Mixer.
When the bargraph is not moving, there is no "Beat" action.
The icon is refreshed only when there is a "Beat" action.

After trying every possible audio output routing option I can think of I'm still unable to send an output feed where Showxpress will listen to the OS mixer output. I would think if anything was going through the OS mixer at all it would "hear" it.
Does this functionality exist only when an interface it attached? I've been trying with the 3D environment and no interface.

It works without any dmx interface.

We suggest you to try on another computer, in order to know if the problem is exclusively on your computer.

Well, there's your problem. You're trying to get signal from an OS output into showxpress. That won't work, you'll need to use an OS Input for that (a mic input).
