For an unknown reason, your lightshow is corrupted.
We fixed your lightshow and and we sent it back to you.
Please check you use the recent software version (V6.23) !
(we do not give support for old software versions).

Please import the fixed lightshow (returned by email), and check it.

even with the file that you have sent me it doesn't work

We just did the following test with V6.23 (and also with 6.24beta):
- open ControlBoard
- import the "fixed" lightshow from ControlBoard
- select the lightshow from ControlBoard -> Setting
- open the dmx bargraph from ControlBoard
- open Live from ControlBoard
- start a few scenes from Live
And we successfully see the dmx channels moving in the bargraph.

So we are not able to reproduce your problem (nothing moving in the bargraph).
We suggest you to retry after a "clean" software uninstall/reinstall.

ok im in the middle of a conference so, ive just unistaled it cleaned completely, so ill try again at the next break

ok just did everything that you told and still doesnt work no dmx signal on the baragraph

made it work !!!!

i created the great admin account to unlock few things then i changed the files name, relocated it all and there we are it works thanks for your help!!!
