[Sierra] not able to move/resize the Generator frame

[AV Concepts TT]

When I'm in the generator scene and on the pan/tilt I can't seem to be able to move/ resize in the window any help.
Im running V 8.2.10.

Works here.
But it is effectively a bit difficult to "catch" the outlines for re-sizing.
