Now I uppdadeterat firmware in 7 units , all working properly now.
Hope that you will continue with the rack, it is the ultimate solution for light control in smaller nightclubs

If it is possible to build in function to sound control light show would be fantastic and being able to change speed ...

Now , I have tried to upload the firmware for the two racks , it did not work.
I had no problems with uploading firmware 109
It seems that there is something wrong with the firmware file
