Hi no error message only 'default 0 interfaces found'
have copied TheLightingController file from a know working laptop and the Sweetlight file from Program files (64) from a known laptop and still not working. replaced the original files

I cannot get my D512 interface to work on one laptop. I have deleted and then reloaded twice but still not working (no flashing green light). The interface works fine on two other laptops.

OK, sounds like it may be the prolem. Where do I get the new software as I downloaded the latest from Sweet Light's website just a few days ago. I have also, unistalled and reinstalled but still not joy.
