Hi, Thanks for the profile. It woks but doesn't behave quite right. I found using the CS-1000 profile is closer but still not right.

Yes I run two full universes fine. It is odd that the small 4 channel controller I have, which is just 4 sliders works both my hazers fine. It's only when I try to use them with showxpress. And as I mentioned my old Haze3 works with showxpress in that if you turn up the fan both fan and smoke volume ...

Didn't work I'm sorry to say. In fact it didn't work even on the older model.

Thanks for that, I did swap the two interfaces over but it still did not respond. The haze machine was not connected to the DMX when it blew. Do you think just the laptop shutting down as it did could have caused the interface to be damaged? I was thinking about it after my post and wondered how a ...
