Does the 'USB' led goes off when everything freezes?
I had issues with my D512 box that during a show (after some time and sometimes even multiple times) everything went off and by reconnecting the USB cable (without a restart of the software) the issue resolved immediately and turned everything on ...

We tried a new USB cable and had a test run for about 2,5 hours and so far no disconnects.
Going to do some test runs the upcoming weeks during rehearsals so hopefully the new cable will do the trick

Just downloaded the install file for QuickDMX from this page but got the 'efk_hardware' error.

I've experienced the same issue after installing the fix file (which is the BETA version).
Re-installed using the installers on this website to go back to a working version.

Any news on this? Or does it stay in complete silence....

I have programmed our light show completely using the 3D viewer, consisting of about 20 fixtures of all types. Also new tracks are build using the viewer. Works like a charm!
