But when you use the sliders on the right side (patched as dimmer directly to the fixture channels) used as slider in midi. How do you need to set it to send the correct slider-position back to the midi ...

Ok, I bought the extender and it is working with sweetlight.
I have a couple issues with it, maybe somebody can help me with this.
1. the Behringer has automated faders which doesn't work correctly with sweetlight, seems like sweetlight doesn't send the correct values back to the midi-device.

I got a problem with the faders. I have Robe 600E spots which is using 2 channels for dimmer (first the actual dimmer channel, second a dimmer-fine channel)
When I assign a group of spots the dimmerchannel to a fader, it doesn't work. When I look at the dmx-levels, they stay down.

As Sweetlight and Chauvet ShowExpress looks completely the same, even the version numbers. Can I mix the devices to reach the same goal ?
So I have the D512 from Sweetlight, can I add Chauvet Xpress 512 or Quick DMX D512 ?

I'm not really clear on the counting of the universes.
Let's say I want to use the maximum out of the software, which is 6 universes.
How many usb-to-dmx interfaces do I really need ?
Do I need 3 USB-interfaces to have 3 extra universes ?
And does the Interface « Cable » count as a universe which ...
