There may be a way to do this, i rely heavily on solo buttons but run out of space
so one on page i operate lets say a smoke machine, and a strobe light
is there anyway to group certain buttons together to be solo buttons
so i might have
Smoke On
Smoke Slow
Smoke Off
Strobe On
Strobe Slow ...

v9 that when v9.23 190603 64 bits
i have a bug that keeps needing a restart
so... lets say you have 8 pages, and all are selected to solo buttons
by default only the solo buttons on that page should be effected ,so you press 1 it turns off any other button on that page
how ever sometimes it ...

I know there is a business reason for the 10 fixture/100 dmx channel for the dongle, obviously its a lot cheaper! but the 10 fixture thing is just annoying espically when as you know it can be worked around by combining fixtures to make 1...
it just seems a silly limitation to impose, at least ...

Add 3 gen buttons and then just update the mac as you would with scenes?

So best way would be to create the 3 different generators - and use a macro to trigger them all at the same time?
I can't get my head around paletts and generator? is there any sort of guide or tutorial - i am using V8 Alpha

I just want to confirm this but on the generator is there anyway to have fixtures doing different paths? as an example
I know you can use the SHift function to kind of delay them a bit, but i need the fixtures to follow different paths altogether.

not the actual step... as in 1/2/3/4...... I mean the step that i am editing as in the SCEX file overall.
Maybe i mean "Scene" not step sorry

But when editing a step - it would be handy to know which step you are editing. Many times i edit a step and then i am not sure if i have that step open, as it only kind of loads the data in but doesnt show what ...
