The Lighting Controller

I managed to install it and have it working once or twice, but as soon as the usb is removed once, when plugged in again it is seen as an unknown device once again

Hi, I have been having problems installing a cable to Dmx controller on my Windows 7 laptop.
I have downloaded the new drivers etc. and am still unable to fix the problem.
When installing the controller it comes up with a message saying "error this device cannot start. (Code 10)"
Any help with ...
