You may like to consider a mention on the forum and in the manual, and a 'readme' file in with the download, to explain to users that the update file contained in the .zip should be placed in the existing application folder, to overwrite the existing, as ...

Originally I tried this on my MacBook Pro, I have now tried it on my iMac, and it crashes on this as well :-(
My version is 7.1.0
When I import the movie, it's from my desktop (not a showxpress folder location)
Also it's the only thing on the timeline
Drag and drop doesn't ...

Play a MOV file crashes the program [fixed]
Spec indicates that a .mov will work, yet I add it to the timeline and then hit play, but it crashes the program
Any experts tried this with V7, anyone know what I'm doing wrong ?

I have seen a mention of this somewhere but can't find it - sorry!
I use a Macbook Pro for both Showexpress and Traktor (main music play out) and when I have traktor at the front show express sleeps after about 30 seconds and kills all the lights !!

Further update, yes I AM going mad !!
because some of my fixtures were getting confused in the 3D vis. I removed them all and added 1 by 1, starting with the head I'm talking about.
