The Lighting Controller

I have only one ELED Tri Par 56 plugged into my Express 512 Plus box. The LED is setup RGB and set to address 7. Now every time I plug in the light I get a random fade of colors and it is unresponsive to the controller in editor. I am not sure how to solve the problem because it is obviously getting ...
