192.168.0.41 was the IP in tab "Network" (I was seeing TCP/IP Error message at startup)
Local IP's was 169.254.226.99,
I changed the IP by the local IP's (169.254.226.99) and the software worked good.

I test now the IP "127.0.0.1" and the software works good too (I didn't have this information ...

I had the same issue,
I opened only the port #7347 with the name "TheLightingController" but the fixtures greyed out,
I opened all ports but the fixtures greyed out,
I disabled windows firewall but the fixtures ...

En paramètres sortants, j'ai suivi les instructions d'ouvrir le port distant 7348
En paramètres entrants, controlboard est en tcp tout ouvert sur tous les ports ...
